GOLDSYSTEMDONALDO takes responsibility for the integrity of its products. Each product comes with accompanying data and attached warranties. For every online purchase, our staff ensures authenticity according to your choice. We have detailed explanations for all our products.

PAYMENTS

1.1. We accept credit and debit card payments, including PayPal, in-store cash, MoneyGram, Western Union, Ria, Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfers. We also operate with “Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT).”
1.2. Please note that there may be delays in some cases until the funds are transferred to us. Additionally, for your security, payment verification and authorization from your card may be required.

Funds Transfer Duration

2.1. After making a purchase, your funds will be held for a period of 7 days until they are transferred to our account. This holding period is determined by your bank, not us.

Payment Verification

3.1. We recommend that in cases where payment verification and additional authorization are required, purchases be made a few days in advance to ensure that payments are available and verified in time for the desired product shipment.
3.2. In cases where we cannot confirm the payment, we will not be able to proceed with the product shipment.

Payment Card Security

4.1. We provide full security for credit and debit cards secured by our partners, including the bank and PayPal. This partnership allows us to secure your transactions and protect your financial information.
4.2. We do not store credit and debit card information after the completion of the transaction to ensure your complete security.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Period: Products can be returned within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. After 15 calendar days from the date of purchase have passed, we cannot offer a product return.

Return Fee: For returns within 14 days, a 20% commission fee will be applied based on the product’s purchase price on the date of purchase.

Replacement or Refund: Customers have the right to use 100% of the product’s value if they opt for an item of equal value or pay the difference for a different product.

Online Purchases: For online purchases, customers have the right to use 100% of the product’s value, but they are responsible for paying the shipping fee.

Product Verification: Before a product return is accepted, it will be inspected for damages, alterations in size, or any other modifications. If the product has undergone alterations, it cannot be returned, and a refund will not be possible.

Exceptions: Payment cannot be refunded for personalized, custom-made, or products that required various alterations after purchase. For products returned after 15 days from the date of purchase, payment will not be refunded. The package will be held until the customer either pays the shipping fee again or comes to collect it in-store. This is our product return policy. ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you have placed an online order and wish to cancel it, we recommend calling us immediately at +355699926269 or +18086839977. You can also leave a message or contact us via email at info@goldsystemdonaldo.com. Order cancellation will be processed if the product has not yet entered the delivery phase at the post office and has not been shipped, or if the invoice has not been processed.

For personalized products with an order, if there is a cancellation, we will apply a cost fee based on the phase reached by the order and the agreement between both parties. These adjustments will be determined considering the order processing stages and the reached agreement.

We guarantee the return of funds to your account for orders that have not been shipped or have passed through other stages. However, in some cases, fees may apply that are beyond our control and are related to third-party payment methods.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our company provides postal service within and outside the territory of Albania. Postal service within the territory includes partners such as Posta Ultra in Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia. For international shipments, our official partner is DHL. We follow the service rules and policies of our business partners for shipments within and outside the country.

For international shipments, the customs duty portion will be applied in some cases, depending on the rules of the state where the shipment arrives. This portion of the payment will be charged to the package recipient, intended for the order.
