• Return Period: Products can be returned within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. After 15 calendar days from the date of purchase have passed, we cannot offer product returns.
• Return Fee: For returns within 14 days, a 20% commission fee will be applied based on the product’s purchase price on the date of purchase.
• Replacement or Refund: Customers have the right to use 100% of the product’s value if they opt for an item of equal value or pay the difference for a different product.
• Online Purchases: For online purchases, customers have the right to use 100% of the product’s value, but they are responsible for paying the shipping fee.
• Product Verification: Before a product return is accepted, it will be inspected for damages, alterations in size, or any other modifications. If the product has undergone alterations, it cannot be returned, and a refund will not be possible.
• Exceptions: Payment cannot be refunded for personalized, custom-made, or products that required various alterations after purchase. For products returned after 15 days from the date of purchase, payment will not be refunded. The package will be held until the customer either pays the shipping fee again or comes to collect it in-store.
